Delivery with cargo
For a short time, delivery is free of charge anywhere in Turkey.
Orders placed until 16.00 on weekdays are delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo on the same day, orders placed after 16.00 are delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo the next day. Delivery time is 24 hours in Istanbul and 1-3 business days outside Istanbul with Yurtiçi Kargo assurance. Cargo delivery is not made on Sundays and public holidays.
VIP delivery
Orders placed with the '4-hour delivery' option in Istanbul cover only the province of Istanbul. Orders placed until 14.00 are delivered by courier on the same day. On Saturdays and Sundays, delivery can be provided with a special courier company for an extra fee. For special cases, you can contact +90 551 943 20 21 via WhatsApp Customer Service.
Return & Exchange
The products you order from Bera Design can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product purchased from the online store can be delivered to the Nişantaşı store or sent back to the warehouse address by cargo. Shipments; Yurtiçi Kargo 'Bera Art Design Incorporated Company' company title is made with the buyer's payment.
Return & Exchange Terms
If the invoice of the product you want to return is issued on behalf of an institution, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.
Returns of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged, cargo label is pasted on the box, and taped with cargo duct tape are not accepted. Products received in this way will be sent back as received with the payment of the other party.
All standard accessories of the product, product label, storage bag, if any, must be sent undamaged and complete with the original packages.
If your return does not comply with the return conditions, the relevant product will be sent back to your address free of charge by cargo.
The return of transactions made by credit card will be made within 1-3 business days, and the return of transactions made by debit card will be made within 7 - 14 business days. The time for the refund amount to be credited to your account varies depending on the bank of your card. If there is a delay in the reflection of your account, you can get detailed information from your bank.

After checking the compliance of your product(s) with the exchange conditions, the status of the exchange process will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible.
If the product you want is available in our stocks, it will be sent to you free of charge by cargo within 1 business day. If the product is not in stock, the fee you paid will be refunded to your account according to your payment method.
